You might have noticed that the Office Insider website got a little makeover. We’ve added more content to help you sign up for the Office Insider program, as well as launching this new blog you’re reading. We’re also cooking up some exciting new innovations for the Office Insider program which we’ll roll out over the coming months so watch this space for announcements.

We added a new feature for Insider Fast update of Excel for Mac that many people have been asking for.  The Customize Keyboard feature is now available.  You can now assign your own key combinations to many commands within Excel.

We are excited to let you know that Office Insider Fast users now have access to the Editor feature in PowerPoint available in build 16.0.10801.10000 or later, which offers improved proofing tools like what you see in Word and Outlook.

In response to the #1 UserVoice request in PowerPoint for Mac, back in February, we announced the capability of rendering the embedded fonts in the presentations you received. Now, we’ve completed the scenario by allowing you to embed fonts in your own presentations, so that the content fidelity is preserved on any machine and the decks can render exactly as how they were authored.

Check out a preview of this new feature in PowePoint for Windows Mobile in Version 17.10228.20003. Now you can change the font colors for hyperlinks.
